ADHD Coach
Rebecca Minter - ADHD & Neurodiversity Coach
I truly believe coaching is a powerful and often overlooked way to grow in all areas of life.
Having dedicated time and space to explore your thoughts and figure out your next steps can make a huge difference, no matter what’s going on.
I’ve been lucky to work with a wide variety of people on all sorts of topics from personal relationships and career changes to moving to new places, discovering what really matters to you, and finding your purpose.
Alongside private clients, I also coach in workplaces, with a focus on supporting employees with ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions in the Civil Service. Plus, I love volunteering with Yes Futures, coaching secondary school students to help them unlock their potential.
The area closest to my heart is ADHD coaching. Having personal experience with how differently our minds can work, I’m passionate about helping others in the neurodivergent community discover the benefits coaching can bring.
