What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process, and you cannot be made to do anything against your wishes. The depth of relaxation varies from person to person, but most therapeutic work can be achieved in a light to moderate trance state with the guidance of a trained therapist.

How does it work?
Hypnosis allows for more direct communication with your subconscious / unconscious mind. In this relaxed state of awareness the mind is more receptive to making changes easier to unresolved or unhealed experiences or to make changes to unwanted behaviours or thoughts.
