I’m a qualified pluralistic therapist and relationship counsellor, working with individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse clients. I draw on a range of approaches—including CBT, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Transactional Analysis, Existential Therapy, Hypnosis, and IEMT—to create a personalised and holistic experience for each client.

With a background in psychology, cultural awareness, and over 20 years in international corporate settings, I bring deep empathy, insight, and an inclusive mindset to my work. I believe therapy is a shared journey, and I’m passionate about helping people grow, heal, and thrive on their own terms.
