Couples Counselling from £85/hr
A form of therapy that helps couples improve their relationship by addressing and resolving conflicts and communication issues.

ADHD Counselling From £80/hr
Counselling for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder typically focuses on helping the individual manage the emotional impact of ADHD and improve overall well-being.

Hypnotherapy from £95/hr
A state of gentle relaxation in which you are aware and in control at all times, making use of the 'alpha' state. Hypnosis allows for more direct communication with your subconscious/unconscious mind.

Short-term therapies used to help individuals with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, phobias, and PTSD.

She was able to be completely flexible with how she worked, completely giving me freedom in how I wanted therapy to be structured and the topics I wanted to discuss. She was able to easily swap between a therapeutic approach, exploring trauma or relationship issues, or a coaching approach offering practical strategies to help with day to day life.
