Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a method of communication and personal development
Neuro-Linguistic Programming aims to help people understand and change the way they think, feel and behave. It is based on the idea that by understanding the connection between the mind, language, and behaviour, people can improve their communication, relationships, and overall well-being.
Some of the key techniques used in NLP include reframing, which helps people change the way they think about a situation, and rapport building, which helps people establish a connection with others. NLP also uses techniques such as visualization, anchoring, and goal setting to help people achieve their desired outcome.
In simple terms, NLP is a way of communicating and changing thoughts, feelings and behaviour, to achieve specific goals and improve overall well-being.
In just a few sessions, we’ve covered so much that’s already reduced my overwhelm and decision fatigue. I’m seeing calmer days, smoother client management, and more headspace to focus on my business future.

Charlotte has a lovely calming nature which I found extremely helpful and totally at ease with, when deciphering my difficulties. Since I have been working with Charlotte for about 8-9 months now, I have been going from strength to strength.

She was able to be completely flexible with how she worked, completely giving me freedom in how I wanted therapy to be structured and the topics I wanted to discuss.
