Integrative counsellor
Nicola Wills
Integrative counsellor
I'm an Integrative Counsellor offering brief or long-term goal-orientated support to adults 18+.
I work with a range of issues and my specialist area is working with anxiety and building self-esteem. I am passionate about supporting you to meet the challenges of life with confidence in yourself.
Being an integrative counsellor means I draw upon and combine core psychological theories which are tailored to address the areas you are bringing to counselling, whilst providing a safe space to work through and make sense of the next steps forward at your pace, without judgement and with full acceptance of where and who you are in life. I am passionate about supporting you to realise and actualise the life you want to have and to work through what might be in the way. I support you with your choices and blend elements of coaching, CBT, psychoeducation, Gestalt, Existential and Relational counselling models.
I believe as living beings, that our past experiences and relationships, when left unprocessed, can impact both our present and our future. My aim is to support you to moving forward, process what needs to be processed, and begin living the life you want, being who you want to be.
